Working with Tamara was Fantastic! She's sweet and easy to talk to, very engaging, and gave off great vibes at the first introduction. The property we purchased is a Co-op, (which has a unique set of complications) and we could tell immediately the she knew her stuff!
Walking into her showing I had only a faint intention of purchasing my first home. My girlfriend and I weren't even working with a Realtor at the time, and had only just begun talking about possibilities. We could tell that she enjoyed her work a great deal which is an excellent indicator of how a person will perform professionally.
She gave us a good feeling that by the time we left we were already asking her if she could represent both parties. She was sure to point out the "fine line" that must be walked with representing the interests of a Buyer and Seller, which spoke to her integrity and made us that much more comfortable with the idea.
